Niquitin Clear Patch 7mg is a low-strength nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) designed to support you during the final stage of your quit-smoking journey. It helps relieve mild nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms as you gradually reduce your dependence on nicotine.

This patch is used as part of the Niquitin step-down quitting programme and is typically the last step before stopping nicotine replacement therapy completely.

Niquitin Clear Patch 7mg is suitable for Smokers stepping down from the 14mg patch and light smokers who require low-level nicotine support<br>

Niquitin Step Down Programme

The NiQuitin step-down quitting programme is tailored to help you stop smoking according to your own personal smoking habits.

• The successful NiQuitin range makes it easier to quit smoking one day at a time. 

• Step 3 is designed to be used after completing Step 2.

• Apply one patch to the skin once a day, ideally after waking up and immediately after it is pulled out from its sachet: it might be preferable to remove the patch after 16 hours just before going to bed.

• For best results a combination of NiQuitin Patches and NiQuitin lozenges or minis is recommended.
