The 14mg patch is suitable for smokers who are reducing their nicotine intake as part of a gradual quit plan, or for moderate smokers who smoke fewer than 10 cigarettes per day.

Niquitin Clear Patch 14mg Step Down Programme

• The successful NiQuitin range makes it easier to quit smoking one day at a time. 

• Step 2 is designed for smokers who smoke less than 10 cigarettes a day.

• Apply one patch to the skin once a day, ideally after waking up and immediately after it is pulled out from its sachet: it might be preferable to remove the patch after 16 hours just before going to bed.

• For best results a combination of NiQuitin Patches and NiQuitin lozenges or minis is recommended.
