How to Use Snoreeze Nasal Dilator
- Assemble - Thread the ends of each end through the holes.
- Insert - Pull the arms through the holes so the loops are small enough to easily fit inside your nose. Place the loops into your nose.

The Snoreeze Nasal Dilator is not suitable for children under the age of 12. Choking/Swallowing hazard- keep out of reach of children. The dilator may not be suitable for you if you have any of the following: a serious septum deviation, nasal polyps, nose piercing(s), nasal vestibulitis (nasal infection), or suffer from regular nosebleeds (or have recently had a nosebleed).
