Refund policy
The order you place can be cancelled up until the point you receive confirmation from us of dispatch.
If the item you have ordered is damaged or faulty please email sales@kennedyspharmacy.com with notice of intent to return goods and quote your order number. After receiving a reply, you should then post the goods to:

It is your responsibility as the customer for returning goods to Kennedy’s Pharmacy. If the returns are not prompt there will be a delay on the refund. You are also liable for costs unless the product is faulty or delivered in error.
Goods can be returned up to 30 days after the order delivery date. The product must be returned in the same unopened condition as when purchased new.

Please note the following goods cannot be returned: jewellery, cosmetics or skincare, personal hygiene items, oral care products, and any item marked as non-returnable at the time of sale (such as clearance).
If goods are returned and found to be opened, used or damaged we at Kennedy’s Pharmacy are not obliged to carry out a refund.
If you do wish to and successfully cancel an order the amount will be transferred onto your credit/debit card within from 7 to a maximum of 30 days.
There may be a delay in the refund if you do not wait on our authorisation.
EU Right of Withdrawal
EU customers, including customers in the Republic of Ireland, may have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days, subject to any applicable exemptions.

Please note that made-to-order, made-to-measure, customised or clearly personalised products may be excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
