What is Niquitin Thinflex Patches 21mg?
Niquitin Thinflex Patches 21mg are a nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) designed to help you stop smoking by relieving nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms. They are the highest-strength patch in the Niquitin step-down quitting programme and are intended for use at the start of your quit journey.
These patches are suitable for heavy smokers and provide a controlled release of nicotine over a 24-hour period, helping to reduce the urge to smoke throughout the day and night.
How Niquitin Thinflex Patches Work
Niquitin Thinflex Patches deliver nicotine steadily through the skin, replacing some of the nicotine your body would normally receive from cigarettes. This helps manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms without exposure to the harmful chemicals found in tobacco smoke.
The Thinflex patch is discreet, flexible, and designed to move with your skin, helping it stay in place comfortably for 24 hours.
Who are Niquitin Thinflex Patches 21mg for?
Niquitin Thinflex Patches 21mg are suitable for:
• Heavy smokers who smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day
• Smokers starting the Niquitin step-down quitting programme
• Smokers who need higher-strength nicotine support to control cravings
Niquitin Step Down Programme
Following the step-down programme will let you gradually wean yourself off nicotine so you can quit for good.
- Step 1 is recommended for smokers of over 10 cigarettes a day for 6 weeks before continuing with Step 2 for 2 weeks and Step 3 for 2 weeks.
- Apply one patch to the skin once a day, preferably on waking. Full instructions are given in the enclosed leaflet.
Your chances of stopping smoking will be improved if you take part in a Smoking Cessation programme.

Our nicotine patches use unique Smart Control TechnologyTM to offer rapid release of nicotine upon application. NiQuitin® Patches then deliver a continuous release of nicotine over a 24 hour period, helping to stop nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms before they occur.

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be free of charge (applicable to orders delivered to Great Britain (standard postcodes) and Northern Ireland).
Delivery will be charged at €6.95 for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland. With Free delivery for orders over €60.
