The lozenges act as a substitution method to help reduce cigarette consumption and support quitting.

Suitable for adults aged 18 years and over, and for children aged 12 years and over if they already smoke.

Niquitin® Minis work best when used alongside support, such as enrolling in a smoking cessation programme.

How to Use Niquitin Minis Nicotine 4mg Lozenges

Use a lozenge whenever you experience a sudden craving to smoke.

Directions:
• Place one lozenge in your mouth and allow it to dissolve slowly
• Periodically move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other
• Do not chew or swallow the lozenge

Most people use between 8–12 lozenges per day. Do not use more than 15 lozenges in one day.

Continue use for up to 6 weeks while gradually reducing the number of lozenges used each day. Once daily use is reduced to 1–2 lozenges, aim to stop using them altogether.

If you are having difficulty stopping use or are unable to reduce your cigarette consumption after 6 weeks, consult a healthcare professional.
