How to Use Nicorette QuickMist Mouth Spray

For adults and children aged 12 years and over.

If using a new QuickMist spray, or if it has not been used for 2 days, prime the spray by pressing the top of the dispenser three times until a fine spray appears. Always point the spray away from yourself and others.

To open the spray:
1. Slide the button down with your thumb until you can push it lightly inwards.
2. While pushing in, slide upwards to unlock the top of the dispenser, then release the button.

To use the spray:
3. Point the nozzle towards your open mouth and hold it as close as possible.
4. Press the top of the dispenser to release one spray into your mouth.

If cravings persist after a few minutes, use a second spray. If two sprays are needed to control cravings, future doses may be delivered as two consecutive sprays.

Do not use more than 2 sprays per dose, 4 sprays per hour, or 64 sprays per day.

To close the spray:
5. Slide the button down until you can push it inwards.
6. Push in and slide the top of the dispenser downwards, then release the button.

Do not inhale while spraying to avoid the spray going down your throat. Avoid swallowing for a few seconds after use and avoid eating or drinking while administering the mouth spray.

Important Information

Nicorette® QuickMist Fresh Mint 1mg/Spray is an oromucosal spray for oral use only.

Care should be taken not to spray into the eyes. If spray gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.

Always read the packaging and patient information leaflet before use. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose.
