While cravings can pass on their own, Nicorette® Cools Lozenges can help you manage situations that trigger cravings, as well as times when you can’t or don’t want to smoke.

As the lozenge dissolves in your mouth, it releases a controlled dose of nicotine, which is absorbed through the lining of the mouth to help relieve cravings. You won’t experience the same ‘buzz’ as smoking, but you should notice that cravings reduce.

Nicorette® Cools Lozenges are available in two strengths:

• 2mg Lozenge – Suitable if you smoke 20 cigarettes or fewer per day
• 4mg Lozenge – Suitable if you smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day

How to Use Nicorette Cools Lozenges 4mg Icy Mint

Use a Nicorette® Cools Lozenge whenever you would normally smoke or when a craving occurs. Lozenges are particularly useful in situations where you cannot smoke, such as at work, on public transport, or around children.

Step-by-step guide:
• Press the tab marked “press here” while pulling the top of the box firmly to open
• Place one lozenge in your mouth and allow it to dissolve slowly
• Move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other occasionally
• Allow the lozenge to dissolve completely — do not chew or swallow

Most smokers use between 8–12 lozenges per day, depending on how much they previously smoked. Do not use more than 15 lozenges in one day.

Directions for Use

For adults and children aged 12 years and over.

Use 1 lozenge when required to control cravings. Do not chew or swallow the lozenge. Allow it to dissolve fully in the mouth.

Nicorette® Cools Lozenges 4mg are used to relieve and/or prevent withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings when stopping smoking or cutting down the number of cigarettes you smoke. They provide a safer alternative to smoking for both the individual and those around them.

Lozenges can be used to replace all cigarettes or, if you are not ready to quit completely, to replace some cigarettes and help reduce smoking gradually. They may also help increase motivation to quit.
