How to Use Nicorette 4mg Chewing Gum Icy White

Nicorette® Gum should be chewed differently from ordinary chewing gum. Chewing too quickly can release nicotine too fast, which may cause side effects such as throat irritation, hiccups, or an upset stomach.

Chewing technique:
• Chew one piece slowly until the taste becomes strong
• Rest the gum between your gum and cheek
• When the taste fades, chew again
• Repeat this process for up to 30 minutes, until the gum loses its strength

Dispose of used gum carefully.

Directions for Use

For adults and children aged 12 years and over.

Chew one piece when you feel the urge to smoke. Use the correct chewing technique. Do not use more than 15 pieces per day.

Nicorette® 4mg Chewing Gum is used to relieve and/or prevent withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings when stopping smoking or cutting down the number of cigarettes you smoke. It provides a safer alternative to smoking for both the individual and those around them.

Nicorette® Gum can be used to replace all cigarettes, or if you are not ready to quit completely, to replace some cigarettes and help reduce smoking gradually. It may also help increase your motivation to quit.
