To maintain its quality, gently hand wash the support in lukewarm water (max 30°C) using a mild detergent, and allow it to air dry.

For the perfect fit, measure around the centre of your knee cap and choose from the following sizes:

• Extra Small: Fits knee circumference of 24-30cm.
• Small: Fits knee circumference of 30-35cm.
• Medium: Fits knee circumference of 35-41cm.
• Large: Fits knee circumference of 41-48cm.
• Extra Large: Fits knee circumference of 48-56cm.
