5. Remove the cap overnight to allow your skin to breathe.

Protek Gel Toe Caps Washing Instructions

To maintain hygiene and effectiveness, hand-wash the caps with warm soapy water. Allow them to air dry completely before use. Apply talcum powder to the gel part if it becomes tacky.
