Ainsworths Recovery remedy is perfect to help deal with those stressful situations as it calms and relaxes allowing you to keep focused and carry on. Combination of five flower essences, prepared to the Bach original formulas.
Place 4 drops in a glass of water, if used singly, or for a combination remedy use 2 drops of each
Cherry Plum / Clematis / Impatiens / Rock Rose / Star of Bethlehem. Brandy (alcohol is 40% by volume)
Free from preservatives, colours, flavours, dairy, sugar, salt.
