A.Vogel Valeriana Officinalis Oral Drops 50ml are a herbal food supplement made from fresh, organically grown Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root.

Valerian is one of Europe's best-known traditional herbs and has a long history of use in herbal preparations. A.Vogel uses freshly harvested Valerian root to create this convenient single-herb liquid tincture.

Unlike A.Vogel's Dormeasan and Stress Relief Daytime products, which combine Valerian with Hops, this product contains Valerian as its primary herbal ingredient.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is a flowering plant native to Europe and parts of Asia. It is the root of the plant that is traditionally used in herbal preparations.

A.Vogel's Valerian is organically cultivated and the roots are processed while fresh to produce the herbal extract.

How to Take A.Vogel Valeriana Officinalis Oral Drops

Adults:
Take 10 drops 3 times daily, diluted in a little water.

Alternatively, take 30 drops before bedtime in a little water.

Children:
This product is not recommended for children.

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
