How to Take A.Vogel Stinging Nettle Urtica Drops
Adults:
Take 20 drops twice daily in a little water.
Children aged 2–12 years:
Take 1 drop per year of age twice daily in a little water.
For example, a 6-year-old would take 6 drops twice daily.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
