Adults and children 12 years and over:
Take 1 sachet daily, 1 hour before bed time. To be poured directly into the mouth and swallowed with or without water.
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose. Taking too much may cause a laxative effect.
Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
