A.Vogel uses Plantago to create an easy-to-take liquid herbal extract that can be diluted in a little water.
How to Take A.Vogel Plantago Oral Drops
Adults:
Take 15 drops 2–3 times daily, diluted in a little water.
Children aged 2–12 years:
Take 1 drop per year of age twice daily, diluted in a little water.
For example, a 6-year-old would take 6 drops twice daily.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
