How to Take A.Vogel Kelp Tablets:
Adults: Take 1 tablet 2–3 times daily before food.
Do not take immediately before going to bed.
Children: This product is not recommended for children.

Ingredients
Each tablet contains powdered Kelp (Macrocystis pyrifera).
Also contains microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised potato starch, maize starch, soya polysaccharide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Each 250mg tablet provides 50μg of iodine.
