What is Collagen?

Collagen is a primary protein in the skin, tendons and bones and ligaments. The collagen acts as a scaffolding that forms the padding for skin that looks and feels youthful. As we age, the collagen production decreases, resulting in weaker tendons and muscles while also causing wrinkles as the skin will sag. Maintaining collagen levels can support the strength both inside and outside the body!
