What is Seven Seas Omega-3 Fish Oil?

Seven Seas Omega-3 Fish Oil supports major organs in the body, helping them function normally, such as the heart, brain and eyes. When these organs work optimally, the heart pumps over 100,000 times a day, the brain passes information around at over 260mph and over 100 million cells in the eye work to convert light into signals which enable you to see. Omega-3 is ESSENTIAL because the body can't produce it and can only get it through outside sources such as diet and supplements

Seven Seas Omega-3 contains 300mg Omega-3. It also contains 10ug Vitamin D providing the UK government recommended daily amount in a single capsule.

Dosage

Take one Omega-3 Fish Oil capsule a day with a glass of cold water.

Each blister pack features a helpful 'days of the week' guide to assist you in remembering to take your supplements according to the dosage. If you miss a day, don't exceed the recommended dosage and move on to the next relevant day. You can start on any day of the week and then use any remaining tablets at the end of the guide.
