Helps with stopping smoking by relieving 5 common withdrawal symptoms namely anxiety, frustration, restlessness, irritability and cravings.
Comes in 1 mg and 2 mg strengths: If you smoke less than 20 cigarettes a day, Nicotinell 1 mg lozenges are suitable; smokers of more than 20 cigarettes a day should take Nicotinell 2 mg lozenges.
Will work better if you seek help by enrolling in a Smoking Cessation Programme.

How to use Nicotinell Lozenges

Suck the nicotine lozenge until you start tasting a strong flavour of nicotin
Let the lozenge rest between your cheek and gums until the taste begins to fade
Start sucking again
Repeat for about 30 minutes until the lozenge is dissolved completely
Do not use more than one lozenge per hour
