Dosage:

Suggested use: Start with 1/2 teaspoon daily and gradually increase to recommended dose for age category. Dissolve in a small amount of water. If using hot water, wait 30 seconds for product to activate. If using cold water, wait 30 minutes before consumption. Fill the remainder of your glass with hot or cold liquid of your choice.

Magnesium citrate (created from citric acid and magnesium carbonate), calcium lactate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), zinc picolinate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin K2-MK7 (trans), vitamin D3 (vegan cholecalciferol), natural passion fruit, raspberry & lemon extracts. Sweetener: steviol glycosides (stevia).
