Hand wash the support in lukewarm water (max 30°C) using a mild detergent, and allow it to air dry.

To ensure the perfect fit, measure around the centre of your elbow bone and choose from the following sizes:

• Small: Fits elbow circumference of 23-28cm.
• Medium: Fits elbow circumference of 28-34cm.
• Large: Fits elbow circumference of 34-40cm.
• Extra Large: Fits elbow circumference of 40-45cm.
