How to Use Sterimar Hayfever & Allergy Relief

Use regularly or as needed during allergy season.

• Before first use, press the nozzle briefly to activate the spray
• Gently place the nozzle into one nostril
• Spray lightly while keeping your head upright - avoid tilting back or sniffing
• Gently clear your nose
• Repeat in the other nostril
• After use, clean the nozzle with warm soapy water, then rinse and dry
