Before going to bed, stick the patch to the pyjamas or bedding near the chest area. Suitable for kids above 3 years old and adults.

This patch should not be applied directly to the skin or very close to the nose. For single and external use only. Keep away from heat sources and children. In case of contact with eyes rinse well with water. Do not use in case of known allergies to balsamic essences or in asthma patients.
