Do TENA pants hold a full wee?
Yes. Choose absorbency to match your needs: Plus (moderate), Super (moderate–heavy) or Maxi (heavy/night).
Are TENA pants washable?
No. TENA pants are disposable single-use underwear and should not be washed or reused.
How long can I wear TENA pants?
Change when wet or heavy, or after any bowel movement. As a guide, many users change every 4–8 hours during the day and once before bed.
Can I use TENA pants for periods or after birth?
They’re optimised for urine, not menstrual blood. For postpartum comfort and coverage, many prefer high-waist styles or higher absorbency. Always follow your midwife’s advice.
Are TENA pants suitable for bowel incontinence?
They are primarily for urinary incontinence and are not intended for full bowel incontinence.
How do I dispose of TENA pants?
Wrap securely and place in household waste. Do not flush.
