1. Wet your hair thoroughly.
2. Apply an adequate amount of Alpecin Grey Attack Shampoo to your scalp and hair.
3. Massage gently into the scalp and throughout your hair.
4. Leave the shampoo in for 2-3 minutes to allow the ingredients to work.
5. Rinse thoroughly with water.
6. For optimal results, use regularly to gradually reduce grey hair.
